Aurora Airlines brought a group of Japanese tourists to the Kuril Islands. The company performed an international charter flight on Q400 on 10 August, 2019. The flight delivered 67 passengers from Nakashibetsu Airport locating on the Japanese island of Hokkaido to Yuzhno-Kurilsk Airport on Kunashir Island.

According to Aurora airlines, the flight was organized according to the arrangements between Russian President Vladimir Putin and Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe to make it possible for the Japanese to visit the graves of their ancestors located on the Russian islands of the Kuril Chain. During the trip, Japanese citizens visited memorable places on the islands of Kunashir and Iturup.

Pretty interesting but Japan thinks that the Kuril Islands are the Japanese territory o_O
But this is not like that actually... How about the outcome of WW2? I think Shinzo Abe and his colleagues are confused.
